Camp Caillet is managed by a team of volunteer staff who maintain the facilities, buildings and grounds for use by visiting groups. Camp Fees contribute to the cost of upkeep for the Camp and all staff are volunteers.
The Camp Committee meets on a monthly basis to determine work schedules, discuss forthcoming bookings and manage the strategy for the maintenance of the Camp in line with Scouts Canada guidelines. The present Committee has 14 active members who contribute several hours each month to planning, financial and maintenance tasks.
